I was informed by the coordinator that the company’s trade show in April is not cancelled. There had been rumors coming out at the end of the year that maybe it will be postponed because some of our distributors backed out and there were not enough reservations made. I guess they were able to work out some deals.
We have two months to prepare. We still have the logo canopy for the entrance of the hotel that we have been using for years. It is going to be at the same venue so they staff basically know what to do with regards to the trade show carpet plus the logo mats from different suppliers. There will be classes held simultaneously while the trade show is ongoing so interested parties can just call my job for reservations and schedule. Lunch, snacks and dinner are provided by us too.
I hope we get a lot of participants this year and if we do my boss is planning to do this twice a starting next year. He plans to split the cooling and heating systems into two shows. This will be more work but everything is still in the planning stage yet. For now, we have to concentrate and focus on this forthcoming show.
