Three of our company cars are up for sale. These are cars have been used by our salespeople. They are well kept and maintained but some need a little repair. When My Ugg Gets Stain

Last Christmas Eve, I went to the supermarket to buy something that I needed for my cooking. It was chaos at the grocery store too. One employee was putting away some bottles of apple juice bottle on the shelf and it slipped his hand, fell on the floor, right where I was standing. All I remember was my ugg shoes. The juice splattered all over it. What can I do? Should I get mad? He did not do it on purpose. I was biting my lip of anger but I was just quiet. The road was slushy because the snow was melting so I could not really distinguish which is juice or melted snow on my boots. When we got home, my shoe was dry and I saw dark stains all over it. What I did was wash it with water and pat it with paper towels. When it got dry the stains are gone. I am happy again.

Vacation at Morey's Piers

Winter has just started and we already have several snows storms. I hope the days will go by fast so that winter will be over soon. If you have been living in the East Coast, winter is not really a welcome treat. It takes a lot of work to clean up the snow and you cannot really plan for an outdoor vacation.

Be Safe Always

When we got hit by the big snow storm last Friday and Saturday, a lot of road accidents were reported everywhere. Luckily, none of the trucks from our company was involved in any of those accidents. Because of the various incidents reported, it became a topic of discussion at our job today regarding the safety of our drivers on bad weather. They all have their cell phones to make emergency calls but other than that the owner wants them to be provided with personal safety products like safety vests and flashlights to be used in case they get stranded on the road. One truck driver suggested that it is also advisable to provide vehicular warning lights to each truck as a safety warning when they get stalled on highways during heavy storms. Sometimes when the snow gets heavy , drivers encounter visibility problems that even some traffic control devices and cones are covered. At least, if the trucks have those rotating lights, it can provide warning to approaching vehicles that somebody is in front of them. On Christmas Day

Everybody woke up late today. Our christmas party at home finished around 2pm. Food and drinks were overflowing. We had our christmas dinner around 8 p.m. and while waiting for 12 midnight to open our christmas presents we watched "hancock". After we opened our presents we had two extra large garbage bags full of empty boxes and wrappers. It was fun and all the kids were delighted seeing their christmas presents. more details next post...

A Must for Pregnant Moms

I have heard stories about mothers having difficult pregnancies but I was so lucky that I did not experience any problems during mine. Only on the last part of my third trimester, I need a lot of pregnancy massage when I started to gain weight. I guess my baby is also growing fast inside my tummy. Who do you think does my massage? Of course, my husband who has learned a lot of pregnancy massage techniques from the pregnancy massage DVD that was gifted to us during our baby shower. I was indeed a beautiful pregnancy and an unforgettable experience that I will cherish while I live.

Two 300 Drops plus 203

Wow, I can not believe I did it! I dropped two 300 drops on my two blogs today. It is my first time. The most I have dropped was on the 200+ but tonight to make 600 + 203 on anotherr blog is really an achievement. My right hand is sore. One factor that helped me do this is the snow storm. We stayed home basically but I did some snow shoveling in between. Ok, let's call this a night. Tomorrow is another day. Xoxoxo.

I updated my alexa widget and my poor rating is up there. It's starting to pick up a little bit. It's snowing now!

Happy Birthday IssA!

Today is my daughter’s 5th birthday. I just dropped her off at her school. She brought along some cupcakes, donuts and juice as her birthday treat to her classmates. I am bringing her to the Build a Bear store tonight so that she can build her own birthday bear and dine out. We will have a small party for her on Saturday.

On a Monday

Did not get much sleep last night. Daughter was not feeling well, woke up at 3am to give her meds. We went back to bed around 4am.

Did not send her to school. Papa woke up at 6am, thank god he did because I forgot to set my alarm. Went back to bed after he left. Called the school at 7:30 am. Daughter still sleeping.

Made a sick appointment to her pediatrician. It was at 11am. Fine. Getting ready while daughter is awake. She finally ate campbell’s chicken & stars soup. Ten minutes passed. She threw up everything on the sheets and comforter (sorry, readers!). While I was cleaning her up and she yelled, “I feel better Mommy!!!.” WOW, that’s it. She was really fine.

Called the doctor to cancel the appointment. We stayed another hour at the house to make sure she is really feeling better. She was back to her normal self. Off we went to macdonalds to get her nuggets happy meal. Drop her off at the baby sitter.

Went to the municipal bldg to apply for a parking permit for the van. It’s still close. They open at 12:30. Papa will come back later for this one. I left and went to work.

Just called the babysitter. She is doing fine. Thanks.

I’m tired now but we still have a Christmas party tonight…. Hhayyy!

Congratulations Pacquiao

How can I not congratulate Manny Pacquiao for winning the dream match against De la Joya. We did not see it live but we saw the fight this morning. We knew last night (live) that Pacman won by TKO on the eight round. All we hear is that Pacquiao was fast and no way can de la joya beat him. The only thing where Manny lost to Pacquiao from last night's match is that de la joya was richer more than twice that Manny got. But, whew! $10 million is a freaking lot of money already!!! Congrats Manny! It's not the $$$$$$$$ that counts but the PRESTIGE.

My Western Union Experience

My brother works in Abu Dhabi sent some money to me through Western Union. I told him to just send it through my bank but I guess WU is the most popular in AD. It only took a few minutes and he called me back with the MTCN no. I did not get a chance to pick up the money right away until tonight. I never thought WU is everywhere but too bad the too branches close to my house were not in service. It was so easy to pick up the money, all you have to show is the mtcn # and your driver's license (or whatever appropriate ID). You have the option to get the money in cash or check. I pick it up at one of the supermarkets here and what is so convenient is they are open until 10pm. I got it brod!
