for nissan frontier owners/lessees: we have the 2004. here is the story.
the brake light is busted, the bulb needs to be replaced. we tried to do it ourselves, can't open it, you cannot find any screws at all. we brought it to strauss, the job was rejected and they said it needs s special tool to take the brake light out. solution, you have to go to the dealer to have the bulb replaced. charge: between $30-$60. gee!!! we may go this afternoon, i will let you know how much the exact cost. later...
kararating ko lang dito sa trabaho at may note sa desk ko..."A, please update this pricing..blah,blah, blah..."what!!!! ay uminit ang ulo.....ang sumulat noon e ka trabaho ko dito na super tamad at makapal ang mukha. dito sa trabaho nasa telepono ng inoras, puro personal stuff ginagawa at mandaraya sa time clock. kahapon, yung mga tao ng may mga pinapagawa sa kanya tinatanong kung tapos na, hanap ng hanap ngayon sa pinakamagulong at kadiring desk nya..'di pa tapos!!!! at ngayon nakita ko yung trabaho sa desk ko with her note to do it...ano sya sinuswerte!!! di ko gagawin. i don't mind helping or doing favors for others when i know you are busy pero kung tamad ka pay kay juan, sori nalang. eto pa, hindi sya papasok ngayon....ok, magkita sila uli bukas ng note nya.
enough on this. i better go outside and get some fresh air....and have some hot chocolate than dwelling on this ----!!!!
i just signed up with blogvertise few minutes ago. i am now joing the world of paid blogging. i have known this website for quite a while and i even have it under my favorites and finally i decided to join. i heard a lot of good feedbacks from friends and bloggers who earn good money blogging by joining blogvetise. my account is still waiting for approval. the rules are pretty simple and good part of it is that you get paid while blogging.
i hope and pray that blogvertise will approve my blog. cross your fingers. happy thursday everyone!
we used to be a cablevision customer. we subscribed to the triple play. it was ok and you get internet cable, tv and phone for only $99. the contract was 2 years. previous to cablevision i have verizon dsl for my internet and comcast for my tv. i like verizon for internet but when we moved to a new place verizon was not available. now, just in time after our contract expired with cablevision we saw verizon trucks on our street and we have been receiving letters in the mail. we switched right away so we are happy with our fios. since we are one of the early birds we subcribed before they started with the promo about free hd tv when you sign up for internet, tv and phone for like $95. it could have been cooler!!! if only we could have waited for few more days, right?...cannot be...my husband was just estatic seeing verizon truck on out street so right away we called them.
indeed we are happy, now we have the tennis channel ( and being its australian open is ongoing)..nice because once espn stopped airing the ao, just switch to tc and you still the games. also have the tfc now...wowowee????...
now, that we have fios...my husband wants a 56 inch plasma tv....
last friday at work i've been sneezing and i could feel it is a start of a cold. my throat starts to itch. that night before going to be i took nyquil and since i was going to work the next day (only half a day) it was not a good idea because i was still sleepy driving to work saturday morning. i got a good sleep though but the drugs still made me drowsy. i felt better but my throat still bothering me and i started coughing. when i got home, i sliced and boiled some ginger, made myself a cup of tea with honey and lemon,..... my sore throat was gone. nadah! kalas!. i still kept drinking it through the weekend and even issa started coughing and i introduced it to her. she liked it. i don't like ginger taste unless it is for tinolang manok and arroz caldo, but with this it's not bad with tea, lemon and honey. now i have a drug free treatment for cough and colds.
but i don't eat and spit as the package says but crack it, eat it and be happy.

these are some of the important things that need to be done asap and i'm so proud of myself of having accomplished the ff:
1. start of our new health insurance with papa's job although i still have one from my job but since they changed to a new plan mas mataas ang copay sa doctors and medicine.
2. i was able to change/ update my daughter's primary care physician from mom's insurance to papa's and got one for myself too. dati kasi we don't need a primary care pero since kay papa na nga kami.
3. got appointments for our annual physical and mine was yesterday. first time to meet my pcp. she is nice and funny. i feel comfortable with her which is very important so with the whole staff.
she found me healthy but then my bp is kinda high...first time...maybe because i got lost going there and late na ako kaya and i was like tensed or because i was just HAPPY that finally i got my period yesterday. hayyy!!! dami ko na iniisip paano kung pregnant na naman ako which would really be unplanned.
4. had the truck registration renewed. i remembered last year we totally forgot about it and we were late for about a month. thank god we were not pulled over. so this year we made sure to do it earlier than the due date.
5. also, i had my dl renewed too. sa wakas, i got the digital photo dl. i always procastinate on this kasi i still have time until march. but thank god this is all done. i was in and out. not too many people were at dmv and i went on their late night.
so far so good...and papa and issa will have theie annual check up next week and first week of february.
