In honor of Elton John, Ben & Jerry’s Ice cream has created a new flavor just for him – “Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road”. This is in anticipation of Elton John’s first ever concert in Vermont on July 21. Vermont is the home of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. This limited Elton John flavor is made of “outrageous symphony of decadent chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle and white chocolate chunks.” It will only be available of Ben & Jerry’s Vermont Scoop Shops from July 18-25 and of course at the concert which will be at Green Mountain State’s Champlain Valley Expo Center. Proceeds from the sale of the ice cream will go to Elton John’s AIDS Foundation.
