His name is Rafe, pronounced as raffy. He is a designer based in New York and he is Filipino. I have seen him several times being interviewed on TFC. He carries the name brand Rafe for his womens handbags, shoes and accessories. A lot of hollywood stars have been seen with his famous handbags namely jessica alba, eva langoria, vanessa minnillo and sandra oh to name a few. He has stores worldwide and he just opened a branch in Manila. Check him out at rafe.com. I like his bags but need a lot of opps to buy them.
