A judge in Lilongwe, Malawi has just approved Madonna’s adoption of a Malawian boy whom she met in an orphanage in Malawi last 2006. Lilongwe, Malawi is in Africa. The court ruled that they found Madonna and her British filmmaker husband Guy Ritchie are the perfect parents for David Banda who is turning 3 in November. David has been staying with Madonna’s family in London. David’s mother died when he was only one month old and his father is a farmer. He is in the orphanage because his father believes that he cannot take care of him alone and he was happy about the adoption. Madonna and Guy Ritchie have 3 kids now, Lourdes who is 11, Roco, 7 and David, 2.
