after 5 years

5 years ago...we all work in the same bank.

nikki (back) is our boss/mother....

O left/got fired (just because of not being the omar we know)...his only way out....he hates working at the bank anymore...stayed only because of us

then jo followed...got too busy with her son...moved to PA

then our mother got pirated by one of our clients....

....and they were not satisfied with one...got me
too after a year.

then yesteday, we had a reunion.... Omar and Jo met our new father for the first time.

....not only they met our new father but also our new sister...DaIsY!!!!..isn't she so cUtE!

weekend @ atlantic city

we were at atlantic city last weekend. we left saturday at 7:30 am. AC is only about 2-3 hours from my house but because it was a nice day and a beach day it took us almost 4 hours. it's garden state parkway south same way when you go to the shore.
it was almost 11am when we got there, went directly to the hotel to see if we could check in earlier but the rooms won't be available until 2pm. so off we go to the boardwalk. this is at downtown ac and our hotel http://trumpmarina.com by the marina side. we got so tempted by the water and the 85 degree weather so we decided to swim at the beach. buti nalang di pa na-check in sa hotel at dala pa namin luggages so we changed sa parking...ngiii...fast and easier!we stayed at the beach until it became cloudy and the water got colder. around 4pm we were already at our hotel rooms and we went swimming again at the hotel pool. uminit na naman kasi. it's summer so gusto talaga magpa-tan.
that night we had dinner at hooters inside the hotel. i though kids are not allowed in this restaurant because of the sexy waitresses pero ok lang pala. their chicken wings was really good.
the kids went to the arcade afterwards and got disappointed because they close at 10pm while the adults went dancing at - "the wave". my friend tess danced the night away. my feet was so aching though. after disco, T still want to try the slot machines but P went ahead to the hotel room, di niya type any form of gambling ( thanks to that!) kahit konti. Nag-slots kami until almost 3am - hahaha, i lost $20 but she won $10. I can't remember the last time i stayed until 3am and be awake early the next day. Once in a blue moon nalang ngayon.
Next day, we had late breakfast at mcdonalds, tour the hotel and take pictures, check-out and spent the afternoon at the outlet at downtown ac. we had fun. left around 4:30 pm and got home almost 7pm.

b-day

today is my birthday. how old?..very old!!!

we did not do anything today but last night we went out to dinner at red lobster. it was also erika's birthday yesterday so we always celebrate together.

after dinner, we had our cake at home.

it was just another day. pag tumatanda ka na ayaw mo na ng birthday and i already stopped counting 5 years ago.

tomorrow we all are going to my friends house to celebrate our birthday again. it will chicken and pizza party this time.

sa work naman, my birthday buddy is peter, his birthday is tomorrow (17th) at sabay din kami binibigyan ng cake. it will probaby be cake and ice cream this time. it's his turn to pick the cake and next year ako na naman ang pipili. walang lusot sa work kase alam na nila kaagad probably next year i'll take a day off on my birthday. some companies they give birthday off .

so to everyone who greeted, sent text messages and emails..thank you for remembering my birthday.

it's been 3 months...

'tagal ko na di nag-blog. i wish i could blog more often...super busy..i will try nalang.don't want to promise.
to start, napaka-init dito sa amin ngayon. this is the 3rd day na 95 degrees and above. today the high is 118. parang vegas, 'ala lang casino.

this morning, i went again to "dr. bones" (my chiro). i got cracked again. this is all started when me and my daughter attended a graduation last june. of course, she was ok at first but once she gets bored, trouble na at ayaw na ng kahit ano. gusto na ng karga and her father was not with us that timeso ang nangyari karga ko siya for like an hour then papunta pa sa parking na napakalayo. ok lang sana and my daughter is not even 30 lbs pero naka-heels ako so the next day sumakit yung likod ko. at first i thought it will just go away but a week passed masakit pa rin and i'm having a hard time bending. natakot ako so i decided to go dr. bones. i've never been to a chiro before but it feels good to be cracked. he said i'm perfectly ok now but he recommends to see him at least once a month. kailangan ko daw ng "adjustment" pa minsan minsan.

it has been crazy at my job these past days. i work for a heating and cooling company and just imagine how big my boss smile when we are having this heat wave like this. so i'd better get back to work - i'm just taking a break.
